responded to both Survey One and Survey Two. Of these, 25 did not report pain on
Survey Two and 84 did report pain. 30 people did not report pain on Survey One.
Of
those, 18 still reported no pain on Survey Two and 12 did report pain. 79 people
reported pain on Survey One. Of those, seven did not report pain on Survey Two
and
