Description of Table 1: Mean Ratings of Reliability: In Interview 2, the mean rating of reliability for question 1, "What food did the participant eat?" was 1.7. In Interview 3, the mean rating of reliability for question 1, "What food did the participant eat?" was 3.6. The mean rating of reliability improved 1.9 points between Interview 2 and Interview 3.

In Interview 2, the mean rating of reliability for question 2, "How much did the participant eat?" was 1.2. In Interview 3, the mean rating of reliability for question 2, "How much did the participant eat?" was 4.0. The mean rating of reliability improved 2.8 points between Interview 2 and Interview 3.

In Interview 2, the mean rating of reliability for question 3, "When did the participant eat the food items?" was 1.0.
