Responses to Attitudinal Items. 1 = Not at All; 2 = Little; 3 = Moderate Amount; 4 = A Lot; 5 = Totally. For “There is adequate management and supervision to meet program goals”, the mean response was 3.584 (halfway between “moderate” agreement and “a lot” of agreement). For “There are enough staff to meet program goals”, the mean response was 3.23 (one-quarter of the way between “moderate” agreement and “a lot” of agreement). For “Other staff share my interests and concerns”, the mean response was 3.877 (high “moderate” agreement). For “There are staff members I can depend on if needed”, the mean response was 4.004 (“a lot” of agreement). For “Extent to which I’m told how well I’m doing my job”, the mean response was 3.383 (one-third of the way between “moderate” agreement and “a lot” of agreement).
