There was a total of 14 providers. 5 were urban and 9 were rural. The table shows the percentage offering benefits. For full-time staff, 95% of all providers offered health insurance, 100% offered vacation leave, 85% offered sick leave, and 75% offered retirement benefits. For full-time staff, 100% of urban providers offered health insurance, 100% offered vacation leave, 80% offered sick leave, and 60% offered retirement benefits. For full-time staff, 90% of rural providers offered health insurance, 100% offered vacation leave, 90% offered sick leave, and 90% offered retirement benefits. For part-time staff, 60% of all providers offered health insurance, 70% offered vacation leave, 70% offered sick leave, and 50% offered retirement benefits. For part-time staff, 60% of urban providers offered health insurance, 80% offered vacation leave, 80% offered sick leave, and 40% offered retirement benefits.
