The MTDH Profiles are intended to support a \u201cWhole Community Approach\u201d to public health and emergency planning in addressing the specific access and functional needs of their communities. The majority of these data are from 2014 and MTDH will now be continuously updating the Profiles as new data comes in.<\/p>\n
