A Nation Online Reports: Comparison of U.S. Disability Data, Ages 15+.  The 2002 report is based on the September 2001 CPS.  The 2004 report is based on the October 2003 CPS.  In the 2002 report, 54.5% of respondents used the Internet at any location. 56.9% of respondents without disability used the Internet at any location. 26.1% of respondents with disability used the Internet at any location. 55.9% of metro respondents used the Internet at any location. 58.2% of metro respondents without disability used the Internet at any location. 27.3% of metro respondents with disability used the Internet at any location.  50.3% of non-metro respondents used the Internet at any location. 53.2% of non-metro respondents without disability used the Internet at any location. 23.4% of non-metro respondents with disability used the Internet at any location.

In the 2004 report, 59.4% of respondents used the Internet at any location. 62.3% of respondents without disability used the Internet at any location. 29.5% of respondents with disability used the Internet at any location. 61% of metro respondents used the Internet at any location. 63.7% of metro respondents without disability used the Internet at any location. 30.6% of metro respondents with disability used the Internet at any location.  54.9% of non-metro respondents used the Internet at any location.  58.1% of non-metro respondents without disability used the Internet at any location. 26.7% of non-metro respondents with disability used the Internet at any location.

In the 2002 report, 56.5% of respondents had household Internet access. 58.6% of respondents without disability had household Internet access. 32.6% of respondents with disability had household Internet access. 59% of metro respondents had household Internet access. 60.9% of metro respondents without disability had household Internet access. 35.2% of metro respondents with disability had household Internet access.  49.2% of non-metro respondents had household Internet access. 51.6% of non-metro respondents without disability had household Internet access. 26.7% of non-metro respondents with disability had household Internet access.

In the 2004 report, 61.8% of respondents had household Internet access. 64.1% of respondents without disability had household Internet access. 37.7% of respondents with disability had household Internet access. 63.9% of metro respondents had household Internet access. 66.1% of metro respondents without disability had household Internet access. 39.8% of metro respondents with disability had household Internet access.  55.3% of non-metro respondents had household Internet access. 58% of non-metro respondents without disability had household Internet access. 32.7% of non-metro respondents with disability had household Internet access.

In the 2002 report, 43.9% of respondents used the Internet at home. 45.9% of respondents without disability used the Internet at home. 21.1% of respondents with disability used the Internet at home. 45.8% of metro respondents used the Internet at home. 52.4% of metro respondents without disability used the Internet at home. 22.5% of metro respondents with disability used the Internet at home.  38.5% of non-metro respondents used the Internet at home. 40.7% of non-metro respondents without disability used the Internet at home. 18.1% of non-metro respondents with disability used the Internet at home.

In the 2004 report, 48.2% of respondents used the Internet at home. 50.5% of respondents without disability used the Internet at home. 24.3% of respondents with disability used the Internet at home. 50.2% of metro respondents used the Internet at home. 52.4% of metro respondents without disability used the Internet at home. 22.5% of metro respondents with disability used the Internet at home.  42.5% of non-metro respondents used the Internet at home. 45% of non-metro respondents without disability used the Internet at home. 21.5% of non-metro respondents with disability used the Internet at home.

In the 2002 report, 64.3% of respondents had a household computer. 66.4% of respondents without disability had a household computer. 40.2% of respondents with disability had a household computer. 66.1% of metro respondents had a household computer. 67.9% of metro respondents without disability had a household computer. 42.7% of metro respondents with disability had a household computer.  59.1% of non-metro respondents had a household computer. 61.7% of non-metro respondents without disability had a household computer. 34.5% of non-metro respondents with disability had a household computer.

In the 2004 report, 69.2% of respondents had a household computer. 71.6% of respondents without disability had a household computer. 44.5% of respondents with disability had a household computer. 70.7% of metro respondents had a household computer. 72.8% of metro respondents without disability had a household computer. 46.4% of metro respondents with disability had a household computer.  65% of non-metro respondents had a household computer. 67% of non-metro respondents without disability had a household computer. 40.1% of non-metro respondents with disability had a household computer.
