Job Satisfaction Responses. 1 = Very Dissatisfied; 2 = Quite dissatisfied; 3 = Neutral; 4 = Quite Satisfied; 5 = Very Satisfied. There were four items on Job Benefits. The mean satisfaction rating was 3.022 (slightly above “neutral”). There was one item on Management and Supervision. The mean satisfaction rating was 3.551 (halfway between “neutral” and “quite satisfied”). There were three items on Work Schedule. The mean satisfaction rating was 3.819 (high “neutral”). There was one item on Number of Consumers Served. The mean satisfaction rating was 3.893 (high “neutral”).
